You must apply and be approved before earning commissions. We may accept or decline any applicant, and approve or reject any referral, at our discretion. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and provide accurate payout and tax information. Affiliates are independent contractors; this agreement creates no employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship.
You earn 25% of the net subscription revenue we actually collect from each paying customer you refer, for as long as that customer maintains an active paid subscription and you remain an active affiliate in good standing. "Net" means after taxes, payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and credits. One-time and lifetime plans are commissioned once. No commission is earned on free trials, your own or related-party purchases, or fraudulent transactions.
Referrals are tracked by our third-party affiliate platform using your unique link and a 30-day, last-click cookie. Where a customer interacts with multiple affiliate links, the most recent valid click within the window receives credit. Commissions are payable only on conversions the platform records and we can verify. Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, forced or automated clicks, and any artificial inflation of clicks or signups are prohibited and void all related commissions.
Commissions are tracked and paid out through our third-party affiliate platform, subject to its payout schedule, minimum-payout threshold, and supported payout methods. Commissions are held for a clearing period to account for refunds and chargebacks; any commission tied to a refunded, disputed, or charged-back payment is reversed or deducted from your balance. You are solely responsible for all taxes on your earnings.
You may promote Trading Floor honestly through your own channels. You must not:
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote us, as required by the FTC and applicable law, and include a trading-risk disclaimer where appropriate. You must not encourage anyone to violate their broker's or prop firm's rules.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Trading Floor name and logo solely to promote the Service in line with these terms. You may not alter our marks, use them in your domain or company name, or imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership beyond the affiliate relationship. Goodwill from such use inures to us.
Either party may terminate at any time, for any reason. On termination, validly earned and cleared commissions above the payout threshold remain payable; pending or unverified amounts may be withheld. We may suspend or terminate your account and forfeit commissions for fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
We may modify the commission rate, cookie window, payout terms, or any part of this program at any time, with notice via the site or the affiliate platform. Changes apply going forward; continued participation constitutes acceptance.
The program is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under this program will not exceed the commissions payable to you in the three (3) months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
